Dining opportunities within modern airports have gone well beyond fast food opportunities. In many cases, the feature restaurant entities popular within the metropolitans they reside in and create business opportunities to bring their menu options into the terminals and concourses. The following videos tell these stories of these restaurant enterprises and their role within Seattle's and Denver's airports, which were ultimately used to be nominated for FAB awards recognizing airport concessionaires who've gone above and beyond.
